2. In this writ application, the petitioner has prayed for following relief/s:- "1. That, this application is being filed for issuance of an appropriate writ/writs and order/orders in the nature of mandamus for directing and commanding the respondents to protect the life and property of the petitioner which is under threat by the private

Patna High Court CWJC No.11020 of 2024 dt.25-07-2024 2/3 respondent no.-9 and further for directing the respondent to measure and demarcate the land pertaining Khata No.- 180 (old), Khesara No.- 590(old), new Khata No.- 19, Khesara No.- 853 measuring an area of 30.29 decimal situated at Darbhanga Sadar police station within town & District Darbhanga and further for any other relief or reliefs for which the petitioner is entitled in the facts and circumstances of this case."

3. At the very outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to approach the Circle Officer, Darbhanga for redressal of his aforesaid grievances by way of filing a fresh representation.

4. Liberty, so sought by the learned counsel for the petitioner, is granted.

5. It is needless to state that in case an appropriate representation is filed by the petitioner within a period of three weeks from today, the Circle Officer, Darbhanga, after hearing all the necessary parties, shall dispose off the same by passing a reasoned and speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of three months, thereafter.
