The petitioner is languishing in custody since 16.02.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 448, 376/511, 323, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3(1) (x) (xi) of SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act. It is alleged that the son of the petitioner, namely, Sonu Kumar entered into the house of the informant on 27.10.2013, molested her and attempted to establish forceful physical relationship when protest was made then the informant was abused by calling caste name. It is further alleged that on 29.10.2013 the petitioner and 10-12 persons attacked on the house of the informant, abused by calling caste name and thereafter the

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the thrust of accusation is against the son of the petitioner and the son of the petitioner was brutally assaulted at the hands of the informant side leading to registration of Kanti P.S. Case No. 14 of 2014 against the informant side. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with SC/ST Muzaffarpur P.S. Case No. 176 of 2013.
