JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 21-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners seek bail in a case registered under Section370 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section-16 of Bounded Labour Abolition Act.
Petitioners were caught with two children and the informant claimed that petitioners were found engaged in human trafficking but contention on behalf of petitioners is that petitioners were travelling along with their respective sons but the informant, illegally, caught them and remanded in this case and the aforesaid fact is evident from perusal of the first information report itself.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16061 of 2016 (2) dt.21-04-2016 2/2 Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Sitamarhi Rail G.R.P./Darbhanga P.S. Case No. 07 of 2016 to the satisfaction of learned Railway Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Samastipur.
