06-12-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioners, in the present, case, are seeking Anticipatory Bail in connection with Basnahi P.S. Case No. 29/2017 for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 436, 379, 504 and 354 of the Indian Penal Code pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa.

No fresh ground, showing any change of circumstance, is made out for entertaining the present second anticipatory bail application.

This anticipatory bail application is, accordingly, dismissed.
