The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Katihar Mufassil P.S. Case No. 134/15, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366A, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that Aftab Rai was coming to her shop as other consumer. On 19.11.2015 she went to attend Shradh Bhoj leaving behind her daughter at home when she returned she did not find her daughter. She suspected that Aftab Rai might have kidnapped her daughter.

It is submitted that the petitioners are father and mother of Aftab Rai that is why they have falsely been implicated in this

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16533 of 2016 (2) dt.12-05-2016 2/2 case. There is no eye-witness of the occurrence only suspicion is raised against these petitioners.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri S.K. Sharma, learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Katihar in connection with Katihar Mufassil P.S. Case No. 134/15, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
