Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Ara Town PS Case No. 467 of 2015 registered under Sections 420, 462, 468 and 471 of the IPC.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks bail of the petitioner on the ground of parity as one of the similarly situated coaccused Kashi Nath Singh has been admitted to bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 62091 of 2017.Further it is submitted that this petitioner was cheated by some person and it was not the petitioner who had sent the documents to the police station for verification.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Shashi Kant Yadav is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Ara Town PS Case No. 467 of 2017.
