The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Kudra P.S. Case No. 11 of 2017 registered under Sections
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1351 of 2018 (2) dt.19-01-2018 406, 420, 465, 467, 468 and 120B read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Regard being had to the nature of allegation, the observations made in the impugned order and the fact that the co-accused Kanhaiya Ram has already been granted pre-arrest bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 06.07.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.25457 of 2017, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Kudra P.S. Case No. 11 of 2017 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C. (Ashwani Kumar Singh, J.) Sanjeet/- U T
