The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Baligaon P.S.Case No. 24 of 2017 registered under Sections 414 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the allegation made in the FIR that co-accused Mukut Kumar Yadav, from whom the stolen motorcycle was recovered, disclosed to the police that it was the petitioner who had sold the motorcycle to him and the petitioner has been made accused in at least three more cases, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, the application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.
