JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 28-07-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioners are languishing in jail since 27.09.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

From the possession of petitioner no.1 one country made pistol, 26 live cartridges and mobile were recovered whereas from the possession of petitioner no.2 one country made pistol along with cartridge and mobile were recovered. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that investigation has already concluded.

Considering the period under custody, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26639 of 2015 (2) dt.28-07-201 2/2 each to the satisfaction of learned JM, Udakishunganj in connection with Puraini P.S. Case No. 93 of 2014. Since the petitioners have criminal antecedent, learned court below will be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioners if they default for two consecutive occasions or get involved in some serious nature of offence.
