Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 307 and some other allied Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, this petitioner caused cut injury on right hand of informant with Farsa. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the case. There is case and counter case. In fact some altercation took place on account of dispute over running of wheat thrasher as a result of which both sides sustained injuries. The petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.58426 of 2021(2) dt.04-02-2022 2/2 is alleged to have caused injury on the right hand of informant but the injury has been found to be simple by the doctor. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and is in custody since 18.07.2021 and investigation in this case is complete. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts of the case and the period of custody of the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with Madhepura (Parmanandpur) PS case No. 307/2021.
