2. In the present case, the petitioner seeks bail in connection with Haspura P.S. Case No. 116 of 2026, registered for the offences under Sections 103(1), 308(4) of the BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner in inebriated condition brutally assaulted his father who succumbed to his injuries during treatment.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. There was no intention to cause death of his father as it has also come in the FIR that the petitioner was in inebriated condition. The petitioner has clean antecedent and he is in custody since 18.04.2026. Charge sheet

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the submission made on behalf of the petitioner. Learned APP submits that there is specific allegation against the petitioner that he brutally assaulted his father and he died while undergoing treatment.

6. In view of the serious allegation of patricide against the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.

7. Learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same, at the earliest (Arun Kumar Jha, J) Anuradha/- U T
