2. The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Naugachia P.S. Case No. 39 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 386, 387, 379 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Considering the past criminal antecedent of the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on prearrest bail.

4. The petitioner may surrender before the learned District Court and seek regular bail. The learned District Court

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46872 of 2025(2) dt.30-07-2025 2/2 is directed to consider the bail application of the petitioner on the same day.
