Earlier, the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 17.08.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 32295 of 2015 and , again, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail on the ground mentioned by me in my previous order. Accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Barari P.S.Case No. 02 of 2015, pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar stands rejected.
