Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 364-A/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Taking into consideration that victim named the petitioner in his statement recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. and the victim was recovered from the house of the petitioner by the police, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Halsi P.S.
