Prayer for anticipatory bail of this petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide order dated 17.07.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. 32789 of 2017.
This fresh anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner on the ground that she is lady and lenient view may be taken against her.
This Court finds that earlier order has been passed by this Court after considering all the materials available on record. Therefore, this Court does not find any merit in this fresh anticipatory bail application.
Prayer for anticipatory bail application of the petitioner stands again rejected.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15505 of 2018 (2) dt.11-04-2018 2/2 Petitioner may surrender before the court below and make prayer for regular bail which shall be considered by the court below in accordance with law without being prejudiced by this order.
