The petitioners seek bail in a case under section 302, 201 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners along with nine other co-accused persons are alleged to have assaulted the mother of the informant and took her outside the house. On the next day morning, the dead body of the mother of the informant was found. It is submitted that there is omnibus and general allegation of assault. No specific allegation has been made against the petitioners and other accused persons. Laxman Manjhi and Jagan Manjhi have already been enlarged on bail vide Criminal Misc. No. 2914 of 2014 and 11979 of 2014 respectively

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24692 of 2015 (2) dt.16-07-2015 and the case of the petitioners stands on the same footing. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above named are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Chandauti P.S. Case no. 288 of 2013.
