The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Kasim Bazar P.S.Case No. 165 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 341 and 120B of the Indian penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Allegation in brief is that accused persons shot at the mother of the informant while she was on the way for the reason that accused persons were putting pressure for not deposing in a case earlier instituted against Pawan Mandal. . Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks bail of the petitioner on the ground of parity as similarly situated accused persons namely Bhawesh Kumar and Jhumka Mandal have been admitted to bail by the co-ordinate Benches of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 51958 of 2017 and Cr. Misc. No. 58084 of 2017

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12144 of 2018(3) dt.12-04-2018 2/2 respectively as well as Pawan Mandal by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 12806 of 2018.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Manoj Paswan, is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Munger in connection with Kasim Bazar P.S. Case No. 165 of 2017.
