One country made loaded katta along with one cartridge are said to have been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and on the basis of disclosure made by the petitioner and other, several persons were arrested.

Petitioner is in jail custody since 9.2.2015 and prior to institution of the present case, he was made accused in two other cases.

The contention on behalf of the petitioner is that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and, as a matter of fact, nothing has been recovered from his conscious possession. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like
