The petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 0810-2015 in a case registered under Section-302 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.
Petitioner is not named in the first information report but it would appear from perusal of the impugned order that in course of investigation, name of the petitioner surfaced in confessional statement of co-accused, the investigation against the petitioner has already been completed and except the aforesaid confessional statement, there appears to be nothing against him.
