Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

Three persons were apprehended, after chase when they were fleeing out of a vehicle, including the petitioner. From the vehicle, 1350 cartridges were recovered. Submission is that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Petitioner was apprehended on suspicion. Nothing was recovered from physical possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 07.11.2017. Investigation of the case is already complete. Considering the facts aforesaid, let the

No.17207 of 2018 (2) dt.29-03-2018 petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Phulwari Sharif Police Station Case No.705 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
