The petitioner seeks bail in Jokihat P.S. Case No. 33 of 1996, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25a(1-b) and 26 of the Arms Act.

It is submitted that the petitioner was granted bail but his bail bond was cancelled in the year 1997. The petitioner has misused the privilege of bail for about 18 years but he has remained in jail for about four months. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Araria, in connection with Jokihat P.S. Case No. 33 of 1996.
