The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Hussainganj P.S. Case No. 127 of 2020, dated 28.05.2020, instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 379, 448, 504 and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5074 of 2021(2) dt.10-09-2021 2/3 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation against the petitioners is of having assaulted the informant and others. The specific accusation of assaulting the informant on his head is on one of the accused persons of this case, namely, Dhananjay Yadav. There is a counter version of the occurrence also which has been filed by one Prabhavati Devi against the informant and others. The informant has received three injures, but it does not appear that the grievous injuries have been caused by the petitioners. Persons from the side of the petitioners also have been injured in the occurrence. So far as the petitioners are concerned, the accusation against them is general and omnibus. Regard being had to the facts afore-stated, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of eight weeks, are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate,
