The petitioners seek bail in a case under Section 304B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that his daughter was married to Awadh Prasad in the year 2009 but she was killed on 14.07.2013 due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry by her husband and other in-laws.

The petitioners are father-in-law, married sister-inlaw and brother-in-law of deceased. No specific allegation is made against the petitioners and mother-in-law of deceased has already been enlarged on bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 16326 of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24847 of 2015 (2) dt.17-07-2015 2/2 2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioners, the above named petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Ms. Akansha Kashyap, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Gaya in Koach P.S. Case No. 221/2013.
