Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Siwaipatti P.S. Case No.29 of 2017, giving rise to Sessions Trial No.482 of 2017, registered under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks bail of the petitioner on the ground of parity as one of the co-accused Vikash Kumar Jha @ Vikash Kumar Ojha was earlier admitted to bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No.59259 of 2017 on 11.01.2018. On merit, it is submitted that except the confessional statement of the petitioner as well as confessional statement made by one co-accused naming the petitioner in the involvement of the alleged occurrence, there is

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioner Kamal Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 8th Additional Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur in connection with Siwaipatti P.S. Case No.29 of 2017, giving rise to Sessions Trial No.482 of 2017.
