====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL ORDER 01-08-2025 Heard Mr. Rajesh Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners and Mr. Pramod Kumar Pandey, learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks modification of the order dated 07.05.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 28156 of 2025 for further extension of time to surrender before the learned District Court.

3. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, as well as, the fact that the petitioner has shown his willingness that he will deposit a sum of Rs. 2000/- into the account of Bihar State Legal Services Authority and also considering the reasons assigned in the modification application and the affidavit, further period to surrender before the learned

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52174 of 2025(2) dt.01-08-2025 2/2 District Court is extended till 19.08.2025.

4. The other part of the order dated 07.05.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 28156 of 2025 shall remain intact.

5. Accordingly, the modification application stands disposed of.
