The petitioner being a lady is languishing in jail custody since 23-02-2015 in a case registered under Sections-363, 366(A), 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code with accusation that she along with her husband took the victim for the purpose of marriage.

Accordingly, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Majorganj P.S. Case No. 152 of 2013 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi.
