The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Allouli P.S. Case No.254 of 2017 registered under Sections 406, 420 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner being Chairman of Simraha PACS did not supply 500 quintals of rice, the cost of which comes to Rs.7,42,500/-.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner deposited the entire amount i.e. Rs.7,42,500 in the Khagaria District Central Co-operative Bank on 31.07.2017 and 03.08.2017.
Considering the facts that the petitioner has already deposited the entire amount of the C.M.R. which is alleged to have
