The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Sections 341/323/324/379/307/504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of commission of injury at the head of Dayanand Sharma. The doctor has found sharp cut injury. The petitioner is in custody since 22.11.2017. Submission is that investigation of the case is already complete. There is no allegation of repetition of blow. The occurrence took place for land dispute between the two neighbours.

Considering the entire facts above, let the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19606 of 2018 (2) dt.11-04-2018 P2/ petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completion of six months of custody or after framing of the charge whichever is earlier on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Srinagar P.S. Case No.6 of 2017, with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
