In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Barauni P.S. Case No. 291 of 2012 registered for offences under sections 324/326/ 307/ 302/ 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the first information report, the petitioner is the main assailant of the deceased.

It appears from the report of the District and Sessions Judge, Begusarai that the Prosecution is not supporting for expeditious disposal of the trial.

The Senior Superintendent of Police, Begusarai is directed to look into the matter and ensure presence of the rest

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13436 of 2015 (3) dt.20-05-2015 2/2 eight witnesses on the date fixed before Trial Court who is also directed to conclude the trial within a period of six months from the date of receipt/production of the copy of this order and submit a report of the conclusion of the trial.

Let a copy of this order be sent to the DGP, Bihar for taking necessary action with respect to Barauni P.S. Case No. 291 of 2012.
