JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 17-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. In course of investigation, it came to light that the other accused after committing the murder of deceased went to the house of petitioner and sold the stolen vehicle. The learned Additional Sessions Judge has observed in the impugned order that I.O could not succeed to collect anything to show that petitioner was involved in commission of murder of the deceased. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st class , Hajipur, Vaishali in connection
