The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bhore P.S. Case No. 459 of 2020 registered for the offences under Sections 399 and 402 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the fact that the petitioner has three criminal antecedents of similar nature, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to him. This application for anticipatory bail is dismissed.
