In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No.43 of 2016, registered for the offence punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

During random checking of the jail premises, a mobile set was recovered from the hanging bag, which has been alleged to be belonging to the petitioner, which the petitioner denies.

The petitioner is in jail since 01.02.2016.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner-Nawal Yadav be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17052 of 2016 (3) dt.17-05-2016 2/2 furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10, 000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger, in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No.43 of 2016.
