The petitioner being the husband of the informant is languishing in custody since 19.04.2015in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 406 and 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of inflicting torture and giving life threatening.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is ready to keep the informant as wife with dignity and honour.

No.25129 of 2015 (2) dt.21-07-2015 2/2 Considering the nature of accusation and the investigation being concluded, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Motihari Mahila P.S. Case No. 23 of 2015.
