JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 27-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-302, 201, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. The marriage of the petitioner was solemnized with daughter of informant 14 years ago but she died in mysterious circumstances. In course of investigation, it came to light that petitioner used to quarrel with the deceased, as a result whereof, the deceased took poison. The petitioner disposed of the dead body of the deceased in hasty manner and except the aforesaid material, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner. Moreover, the informant has filed a petition before the court below to this effect that his daughter was never tortured by the petitioner. Considering the above-said facts and circumstances
