Accordingly, the petitioner may surrender before the concerned court and pray for grant of regular bail within a period of four weeks from today and the concerned court would consider the same and dispose of on the same day considering the facts that the present case arises out of land dispute, the petitioner is having a clean antecedent and the allegations are general and omnibus in nature.
