The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Silao P.S. Case No. 102 of 2020 registered under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to land dispute. There is specific allegation against co-accused Roshan Kumar. Further submission is that on perusal of postmortem report, only one injury is found on the body of the deceased. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the
