2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a)/41(I) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. 94.500 litres of foreign liquor has been recovered from the house of co-accused Rohit Kumar.

4. It is submitted that no incriminating article has been recovered from conscious possession of this petitioner. Recovery has been made from the house of co-accused. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of

No.49115 of 2023(2) dt.23-08-2023 2/2 receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 2nd Exclusive Special Excise Judge, Saran at Chapra in connection with Sonepur P.S. Case No. 189 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
