JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant.

The petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail in connection with Sessions Trial No.1063 of 2014 arising out of Dhamdaha P.S. Case No.65 of 2014 in which he is facing charge inter alia for the offence punishable under section 302 of the Indian Penal Code. The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide order dated 10.10.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No.33401 of 2014.

It has been contended that the charge in this case has been framed on 30th March, 2015 and no witness has been examined so far.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24599 of 2015 (2) dt.09-07-2015 Be that as it may, regard being had to the reasons assigned in the aforesaid order dated 10.10.2014, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected.

The trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible.
