Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406,420 of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR arises out of a dispute of nonperformance of an agreement to sale of land between the parties.

Allegation is that in spite of receipt of consideration money, the petitioner is not executing the sale deed. The petitioner has not complied to the legal notice.
