JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 14-12-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 304, 504, 506, 332, 353, 188 of the IPC. As per the prosecution case, four named persons including the petitioner and 60-70 unknown persons pelted stones and bricks to the police team due to which, informant and other persons sustained injuries. It is further alleged that during the course of occurrence, Guddu Yadav snatched the mobile of the informant and took Rs 5000/- from the pocket of the informant.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that there is general and omnibus allegation of pelting stones
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48861 of 2022(2) dt.14-12-2022 2/2 against the petitioner. Injuries sustained by the informant and other persons are simple in nature.
Considering the same, in the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Sasaram (Muffasil) (Dhaudarn O.P.)
