JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 05-03-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Kishanganj Mahila P.S.Case No. 16 of 2017 registered under Sections 323,341,376,504 and 506/34 of the Indian penal Code. Allegation in brief is that petitioner, who happens to be the distant relative of the prosecutrix, was in love affair and on the pretext of getting marriage with her, established physical relationship and later on denied to marry with her. Submission is that according to allegation itself, it was a consensual relationship and the petitioner is in custody since 17.07.2017 and investigation is complete.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely , Jagdish Kumar Singh, is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12868 of 2018 (2) dt.05-03-2018 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M, Kishanganj in connection with Kishanganj Mahila P.S. Case No. 16 of 2017.
