2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Kopa P.S. Case No. 55 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 & 35 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, one country made pistol along with a live cartridge and a mobile phone were recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is in custody since 20.03.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances,

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Saran at Chapra/concerned Court below in connection with Kopa P.S. Case No. 55 of 2025, subject to conditions that:- (i). The petitioner will mark his attendance at the Bhagwan Bazar Police Station on every Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.

(ii) Both the bailors will be close blood relatives of the petitioner.
