Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Charpokhari PS Case No. 173 of 2017 registered under Section 392, 395 and 412 of the IPC.
The allegation in brief is that the informant was releaved of his forty thousand rupees cash along with 15 new mobiles, ATM card and pan card.
It appears that there is recovery of seven looted mobiles from the house of the petitioner and also identified in the CCTv footage and has criminal antecedent of two cases of robbery and Arms Act. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is presently rejected. Snkumar/- (Arun Kumar, J) U T
