Upon a specific query being put to the learned counsel appearing for the respondents as to whether any order exists in the Ministry of I & B, empowering Director General:AIR to review cases of ACP already granted, he has not been able to show any such order, hence this Court deems it fit and proper to observe that no order exists in the Ministry of I & B, empowering Director General:AIR to review cases of ACP already granted.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
