The petitioner seeks his bail in a case registered under Sections 420, 379 and 411 IPC.

The informant alleged that the petitioner withdrew money from his ATM card after getting his PIN Code. The petitioner was apprehended on chase.

It is submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he has remained in jail for about four months. Considering the nature of allegation and the fact that the petitioner is in jail for about for months, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Bihar Sharif in connection with Silao P.S.Case No.17 of 2015.
