The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

Name of the petitioner figured in the confessional statement of co-accused Zami Akhtar. The petitioner is in jail since 25.01.2015 but he has not been put on T.I.P. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Except suspicion, there appears no tangible material against the petitioner. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Prabhat Kumar Jha, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Sitamarhi in Belsand P.S. Case No. 159 of 2014.
