The petitioner is in custody in a case registered under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation against the petitioner is that he sold the land belonging to his brother along with his own land to other accused persons.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 19.1.2015 and charge sheet has been submitted in this case. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent. On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the FIR.

Considering the facts aforesaid, let above named

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26031 of 2015 (2) dt.24-07-2015 2/2 petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Bhojpur,Ara, in Piro P.S.Case No. 30/2015.
