2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Mehandiganj P.S. Case No. 155 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 341, 447, 307, 379, 354, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, all the FIR named accused persons including petitioners and 8-10 unknown persons in inebriated condition came, assaulted the informant, her husband and son. It is further alleged that accused persons also snatched golden chain and gold jitiya from the daughter-inlaw. The accused persons also tried to commit rape with the daughter-in-law of the informant.

4. It is submitted by the counsel for petitioners that allegation of assault is general and omnibus. There is case and counter case. Both sides sustained injuries. Petitioners claim clean antecedents.
5. Counsel for State however vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that petitioners are named in the FIR and two persons have sustained multiple injuries out of which some of the injuries were found grievous in nature.
6. Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of injury, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners above-named on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) vinita/- U T
