Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a/26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Only 13 cartridges were recovered from possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 25.11.2017.

Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Investigation of the case is already complete and petitioner is ready to cooperate with the trial.

Hence, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15527 of 2018 (3) dt.26-03-2018 2/2 connection with Ismailpur Police Station Case No. 61 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
