JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 28-03-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, already in custody since 05.01.2018 seeks bail in connection with Palasi P.S.Case No. 111 of 2017 registered under Sections 366 and 120B of the Indian penal Code. Allegation in brief is that petitioner along with others kidnapped married daughter of the informant.

It is contended that girl was recovered and has stated that she was not happy with the marriage and eloped with the petitioner and Medical Board found her age inn between 17 to 18 years.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, girl was married and minor, so presently the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected.

Petitioner may renew his prayer of bail six months

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17884 of 2018 (2) dt.28-03-2018 2/2 after framing of charge.
